General Provisions
The ILS platform is designed for open exchange of listings, jobs, and services for the expat community in Spain. By posting any listing, users agree to abide by these rules and local Spanish laws.
Publication Quality Standards
Description Uniqueness & Accuracy
Ad titles and descriptions must clearly reflect genuine offers without spam tags or excessive CAPS LOCK.
Photo Quality Standards
Upload genuine photos of your item or property. Using copyrighted images or third-party platform watermarks is prohibited.
Correct Category & Location
Specify the accurate province and city in Spain and choose the relevant category (Real Estate, Jobs, Services).
Real Price Requirement
State the true price in Euros (€). Setting fake '€1' placeholder prices when the actual cost is higher is prohibited.
Prohibited Goods & Services
- Weapons, ammunition, and dual-use items
- Narcotics, prescription medications, and illegal substances
- Fake documents, visas, certificates, and counterfeit goods
- Pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick scams, and deceptive investments
- Duplicate listings posted across single or multiple accounts
- Any goods or services violating Spanish or EU laws
Moderation & Account Suspensions
ILS administration reserves the right to decline or remove any listing violating these rules. Repeated offenses may result in account suspension.
