To publish listings (including classified ads, jobs, events, and spanish classes), users must create an account. When publishing listings, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, honest, and up-to-date contact information (name, telephone number, spoken languages).
• Never publish fraudulent, illegal, misleading, or copyrighted materials.
• Refrain from posting spam, duplicate listings, or offensive content.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, reject, or delete any listing that violates these terms or Spanish local regulations, without prior notice.

3. Intermediary Status & Disclaimer of Liability

ILS - I Love Spain acts solely as a classified listings platform and hosting service provider (pursuant to Article 16 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce - LSSI-CE). We do not own, sell, inspect, or guarantee any of the services, jobs, or physical goods listed by independent users on this site.

Under no circumstances shall ILS - I Love Spain be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transactions, communication, or agreements made between users of the platform.
